Can you work within our reporting structure?
Yes. We agree the deliverables, terminology and reporting interfaces at appointment, including how specialist findings feed into your report and who communicates with the client.
Can you advise from documents alone?
A Desktop Assessment can address documentary questions, but it cannot establish every aspect of installed condition. We will explain when a site inspection or further investigation is needed.
